Delete your MPGolf account
You can delete your account at any time. It takes a minute, in the app.
In the app
- Open MPGolf and tap your picture at the top right to open your profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read what goes and what stays, then tap Delete my account and confirm.
You need a mobile signal or Wi-Fi. If you're an admin of a society, name another admin first: every society needs two.
What goes
- Your name, email, phone number, WHS ID and handicap index.
- Your own rounds, and any guests' cards you scored.
- Your friends on MPGolf, and your membership of every society.
- Your sign-in, on every phone. The app also clears what it held on your phone.
What stays
- Your cards in society events, shown as "Former member", so a society's past results still add up. Nothing on them identifies you.
- Rounds other golfers scored stay in their own history.
This happens straight away. It can't be undone.
No longer have the app?
Email MPGDeleteAccount@javeed.co.uk from the email address you signed in with, or tell us the phone number you used, and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and reply to say it's done.
